At first I had no interest in watching the show since I assumed it would be like some of the older show attemps (like the beauty and the beast show that got repackaged as a movie and was just so boring) but when I did start watching i was so surprised that it was actually compelling and real effort was put into it. Obviously it's still a kida show and can be a bit limited by that but they managed to handle some mature topics very well. Anyway there's no real point to this post besides me being happy that the show was good, even has me looking up fanfics for it.
