I just bit into a cooked frozen sausage patty from Aldi, and felt something hard in my mouth. At first thinking it was a bone (as is very commonly found in ground sausage), I was warning my fiancée of this as I fished it out of my mouth, and when i pulled it out, found that it was actually a piece of broken glass, large enough that there was printed text visible on it. How should I go about reporting this?
