Virgin Media refusing to honour my contract

On the 9th April I signed up to: 1 gig broadband plus Netflix with ads for £40.

New router and and broadband is set up fine with no issues. However, the Netflix activation link did not come, so I went onto live chat to get a new one. The agent is saying this:

"Thanks for staying with me. I have tried to get the Netflix services added to the package but the system is not allowing me to add the services.

So, I have tailored the package again with the Netflix Standard with Ads package included. I see that I am able to offer Volt Gig1 Fibre and Netflix Standard with Ads for 44.00GBP per month for a new 24 month contract."

-----

WHAT?! I feel like I am speaking to a brick wall! I cannot do it on the website because it's giving me errors.

The agent keeps saying I don't have Netflix included which I DO. I literally have my contract open and it states Netflix included. Honestly what the hell do I even do? Scammed?

Hey!

As someone that loves open world fantasy RPGs I have no idea why I waited for so long, but I am very excited to start!

I am currently consuming all of the lore in chronological order (up to Tower of the Swallow at the moment, and just finished chapter 3 of Thronebreaker) It was amazing to play the Red Port bridge battle right after I read that chapter.

Always been a fantasy reader and the books are just great.

I should be starting Witcher 1 in a couple of weeks after finishing everything else, I am so hyped.

I've been noting up a map I found as I go along too, and I'm almost out of notebook space keeping track of all characters and locations. I'm in deep lol.

Only bit I've been confused about so far is the timeline for Black Rayla. She's in Thronebreaker, leaves you when you're in Mahakam although I have a note that says "she was the female soldier that spoke with Yen in Gors Velen when escorting Ciri. was an asshole to elves but eventually died heroically". I thought she was dead but maybe not, it never actually says she died I guess. I know the 1267 timeline is very tight as a lot happens in 1 year but I assumed she died before the events of Meve in Mahakam.

Anyway, really excited to play the games, a few colleagues say I'm in for a real treat!

Hi, I've not played CE before, quick question, I saw the update that the 2 maps will be merging, however I do not own the DLC. How will this work, will I need to purchase it?
