Hello. Im EU Citizen so im eligible for 45 days visa free in vietnam. I did my previous visa run to thailand but right now i decide to do it "quicker" with cambodia border run

My question is: Do i need to fill up cambodian e-visa online if i want to get it on arrival? also can i pretty much just enter cambodia and then goes back to vietnam and i will surely get stamp? I contacted one "company" and they pretty much told me that for this kind of stamp alone i dont even need any help.
