Double blade tip
I would like to make a double blade lightsaber out of PVC pipe that uses a single blade. This would be on I would use for fighting and don't need electronics and stuff. I might add reflective tape to the ends to simulate the blade, but I wanted to ask is there any good way to make a handle without any reasonable risk of it flinging out during rough dueling (preferably where I could swap out blades that break and the blade being a single peace of pvc). I saw someone recommend on a previous post grip tape would work as a handle, and if it comes down to that is there a specific grip tape recommended or is all grip tape basically the same in this scenario.
I also was curious about the size recommendation for the hilt and the entire staff itself for someone 5'10. I saw someone on a post say it should be slightly smaller than the person, another saying it should be slightly bigger. I am curious and just wanted to ask these questions before buying the material for this project
