I've seen these arts about "Predator of human being based on Uncanny Valley", but... they were always literally the same, "oh no, it's not human, but it looks like an awfully ugly human", really? This is literally what a French/British/Belgian colonizator would draw to represent dark-skinned ppl or even what the Third German Empire did to represent jewish ppl as rat-like.

But the biggest problem of it is not the racism just because it wasn't intentional (and this maybe counts as a disclaimer), but it's a close-enough problem to the "oh no, Satan possessed Sonic in my PC game" or "oh no, the CIA hacked my Mario 64 to see my autism", it's LITERALLY THE SAME, with an aggravating of these faces... Idk if just I feel it, but they look like what the Urbanspook would draw (sorry for remembering this Analog Horror lolcow, but it was neccessary).

And this mythology of "there was maybe a predator of human being that made us feel the Uncanny Valley" is a straight-up negation of how the Uncanny Valley works.

• If it looks like human and was made to do? Ok!
• If it does not look like human and wasn't made to do? Ok!
• If it does not look like human but was made to do? Warning!

But what maybe ppl pretend it doesn't exist is that ANIMALS ALSO HAVE UNCANNY VALLEY SENSE, as that prank of a dude dressed as alligator and it scared the nearby alligators, and that crazy man that runned after lions while dressed as a lion and the lions flee away, and other detail: You don't have uncanny valley vibing when you look to ppl of different types, shapes, sizes, colors and even species (ex: Homo Erectus, Neanderthals, even the Homo Naledi).
