Hi! I’m 18F and I have a 26 inch waist. I’m 5’4 and 50.8 kg. I want a 23-24 inch waist. I had a 23-24 inch waist 1-2 years ago, but I wasn’t the healthiest. I have a very fast metabolism and for the past year I’ve been working on eating enough and well, although I’m not a master in the slightest. Is it realistic for me to be able to get a 23 inch waist back while still eating enough? And what are the best workouts to achieve my goal?

I’ve applied to BCIT for the medical laboratory science diploma program, and i got an email saying that they will begin shortlisting applicants for the MOAs (Multiple Online Assessments) does anyone know what these assessments entail or if I need to study for them? Are they maybe like the SAIT PSEAs?
