For those in CA/guaranteed pay areas - how often do you mess up delivery route ?
Missed a freeway entrance because I was on hold with support for 15 minutes and ones the call picked up the call screen blacked out my navigation screen and I couldn’t see the correct lane to take on time .
I was on call with support because while shopping I had a customer trying to add alcohol to an order and I know that’s something that is not allowed. Well I contacted support through chat and because exiting chat before an agent joins basically ends the chat, I had to wait until a support agent joined which was never even though it was saying that an agent “was joining”.
Well that added time and then customer changed their mind about the alcohol .
Hopefully what ever the support call agent did about the alcohol/added time also helps me not get flagged for the added 1 mile and 1-3 minutes delivery time+miles. It sucks that the navigation app immediately takes you to different route rather than at least try to correct you to the previous route that way you could at least turn back and know what was the original route.
And chat agent after i delivered was no help because now they are completely useless unless you are in an active batch even if it’s seconds/minutes after you deliver.
