1st pic was from four days ago, 2nd pic is today :(( i thought it was just a piercing bump but now i think it might be infected

i got pierced on April 16 and it was doing fine until a bump showed up six days ago. it looked like it was just an irritation bump and it didn’t hurt or feel itchy, so i just left it alone and kept cleaning it with sterile saline spray. im not really sure what happened and why it looks like that now 😭

should i get this checked out by a doctor or something :(( any advice would be appreciated!
