2018 Wrx cvt, 15 mile trip (1 third highway 2 thirds suburban roads)

A couple months ago, I briefly noticed this little lady squinting in one eye (the eye shown in the pictures). I didn’t think much of it since I didn’t notice it since, however, I noticed it again today in the same eye. She otherwise seems to be healthy. When I tried to take photos after noticing it she went back to normal, so it was likely brief. The bedding they use is PetSmart aspen (80-90%) and Timothy hay (20-10%)

Should I be concerned? Or just something to keep an eye on?
