I got 1,010,000 fixed + 21% variable. I have 2.9 YOE in the cybersecurity domain. I asked for 11.5 LPA fixed; they simply said to share a counteroffer if I have any. Am I being lowballed, or is it more or less the same for L11? Also how much would my in-hand salary be?
