i’ve had pinhole phimosis my whole life, meaning I’ve never been able to clean my penis properly at all, so I never really thought about hygiene down there.

Now i’ve been circumcised I was wondering what I need to be doing daily to keep it clean down there. Any help appreciated, I’m 18 btw.

I’m almost on week 5 post-op, and most of my stitches are still in. I was given dissolvable stitches (through the NHS) and told they would be out around the 3-4 week mark. I’ve been trying to get back into my gym routine, but I’m quite scared to train until failure whilst my stitches are still in.

Has anyone else struggled with this problem? Is it safe to train hard at the gym while they’re still in?
