Advice Needed

Hello everyone! I'm a total beginner at using my moka pot. I would love any advice to improve my brew. I bought a small moka pot for 1€ at the supermarket. I am using pre-ground Lavazza Crema e Gusto, as I have no grinder. I use 14grams of the pre-ground coffee, which hits almost the brim. I don't tamp at all, just giving a slight tap and using a cheap wdt. I fill the water chamber with 145grams of hot water, which hits just under the safety valve. My electric stove's highest setting is 9 and I start my brew at a level 7 for 1 minute. Then decrease the heat to level 6 and it stays here for about 5 minutes until coffee starts to flow. At the start of the flow I decrease heat to level 4. It flows for around 25 seconds before the liquid starts to get lighter and I immediately put the pot in cold water.

I usually get around 70grams of liquid at the end and I add water to it until I get 200grams before drinking it. In terms of taste, it tastes bitter but the pleasant kind of bitter-not burnt. But I would love any advice that can improve my brew.
