I am 19 weeks pregnant and went to a water park with my kids. My youngest is a small 3 year old and wanted to go down some of the kids water slides. They are a little windy and no major thrusts at the end or anything. There was a sign that said basically if you’re pregnant ride at your own risk. I talked to the slide attendant and she basically said use your discretion. I rode a few and didn’t think anything of it. Then I made the mistake of googling and freaked myself out. I feel fine. No bleeding, baby moving a ton. Minimal lower back soreness and occasional twinges in lower abdomen but I get both of them from time to time. I am pretty active carrying around kids, working on our farm, riding an Atv across rough terrain so I feel confident in saying I’m fine but then I second guess myself and am like oh my gosh did I put my baby in harms way?
