I would like know whether I'd be eligible for ILR with gaps.

I had been on a skilled worker visa since Jan 2022 (which was valid till 14/01/2026) and I left the UK on 10/01/2026.

I then applied for another visa in March 2026 and came back to the UK on a Global Talent visa in April 2026.

My questions are:

1. Am I eligible for ILR in Jan 2027 as it would be 5 years?

2. Will the gap of 3 months be considered a break in continuous residency as I didn't have a visa during that time?

I will really appreciate you insights and advice on this.
