in the past 4 years, I have gained 100lbs. I weighed 140lbs & for up to 250lbs. before I was fit, had abs & defined muscles, & small breasts. with the weight gain, my breasts have increased immensely. I have always hated big boobs. they feel so uncomfortable to me.

I have recently lost 50lbs & i’m working towards my goal of 160-180lbs. my breasts now are what I think is bottom heavy. they are flatter at the top & more rounded & full at the bottom. they are not completely flat & the volume towards the bottom extends out to the sides if that makes sense. my breasts to seem to drift to the sides of my body towards my arms. my nipples seem to also be pointing straight so I know they aren’t sagging yet from what i’ve read online!

I also read somewhere that if you pull on your skin & it is hard to grip or is thick, then you don’t have loose skin. but if you do pull on it & it is thin & easy to grip the you do have loose skin. I tried that & my breasts seem to not have any loose skin, even the flatter parts.

is it possible for me to perk up my breasts & make them smaller if I continue to lose weight & weight lift?
