Ups has lost a box with clothing worth $600 this was an informal sale so there's no invoice ....all I have is a screenshot of the conversation and zelle where you can see how we agree I was going to be paid ,you can see on my bank that I received money under the name of that person. I sent that and also sent my bank statement and pictures of what was in the box. They say that it's not enough to do a refund.

(I created the label as a guest on the UPS website which is making all the process harder for me)
