In Solapur City Maharahstra, we have a two storey house(each floor is a 2 BHK) which we had given for rent for many years. Now it is vacant and we don't want to give it on rent anymore.

The house is not in a very prime spot. Looking for some ideas to utilize this house or else we will sell it.

Please suggest.
