Hello!👋 long-time lurker of this sub, taking the plunge into posting!

For context, I plan to compete in WNBF.

Currently part-way through a pre-prep cut, and depending on how things are looking at the end (6 more weeks of fat loss), I will look at competing next year, starting prep in November for a spring show.

Debating more time to grow, but also feeling a bit eager to get on stage. Both my partner and I are considering competing (him in bodybuilding), and we’re both …aware of the prep’s side effects lol. The fatigue is especially concerning! I also have POTS, so unsure if anyone has experience competing with it?

The second photo shows the before/after of a 6 month gain and current fat loss - only 1 lbs lighter in the right photo!

I have a coach, but would love to hear from the community!
