hey guys so my kz hifi wired ZNS pro 2 left side stopped working. idk what to do, It is detachable and i took the left iem out form the QDC 2 pin connector and by mistake connected it in reverse then i detached it and reconnect it the correct way and it stopped working, so i took the left iem and connect it to the right cable and it does not work but my right iem connect to the left cable does work so is this a IEM issue or should I buy a new cable im getting a good one the same one in 10.5 dollar / 999rs. And if its a IEM fault then what should I do and its a year old.
