Hello everyone. I recently applied for the Region 11 position on USAJOBS. I’m currently supporting military operations overseas, and I wanted to ask if there are any considerations or options for service members who are involuntarily mobilized to remain competitive in the hiring process.

Do CO-ADOS orders qualify as exempt service under USERRA’s five-year limit? I’ve heard of intelligence personnel serving on these orders and successfully having that time excluded from the cumulative cap. Any insight or clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!
