27M - Had an episode yesterday which was pretty annoying more than scary. For the first time, a modified vasalva maneuver or whatever it is called … and it WORKED. I was happy that I did not have to get pumped with the Adenosine this time but this episode was closer to my last (Thanksgiving 2025 and before that 2023). I go in for an ablation on June 25. Any tips on what to do in the weeks leading up to the procedure? What to expect?
