I've been trying to find this but I'm only finding 50 Cent memes and it's definitely not that. This was a semi-viral video from 5-10 years ago (maybe more). I can't remember it clearly but the guy seemed to be chubby/short and just happened to be in the vicinity of an argument and someone insulted him for no reason, he then sheepishly looks at the camera and smiles awkwardly while saying "I didn't even say anything" or "what he say fuck me for", or something to that effect. I cannot find this anywhere and know I'm not imagining it. The cameraman also laughed I think.
