12 Months since Appeal and no decision
It’s crazy that in 2 weeks it’ll be 1 year since the insurance carrier filled their appeal after I initially won my case, and the WC Board has yet to make a decision on my wife’s lost wages, and everything else.
She was approved for PT and 1 surgery, denied for her shoulder.
Workers compensation really is the worst.
