I recently bought the dreame d20 plus white from Amazon Aus and within 1.5 months, the side brush motor failed to spin. I was really upset because it was everything I needed for my home:
- all carpet home, don't care about auto mopping
- 13000 pas suction for two cats and long hairs
- large dust bag so no need to empty often
Now I'm stuck in deciding between the d20 pro plus from The Good Guys with an extended warranty vs the L10s ultra gen 2 from Amazon dreame again. I have concerns about both - the former with the side brush, and the latter with Amazon reliability and slightly less suction. The other problem is I can only get a black one for the d20 and I really liked the white look, but it wouldn't matter to me if it meant less risk.
Would love to know if anyone has had long term succes buying from Dreame Amazon Aus or if it's just better to go with a big brand for Dreame. Or if L10s is just a better series overrall! thanks
ps. I know amazon can return with full refund but that would be useless to me if something still broke say 6 months later instead.
