My Omen 16 (Ultra 9-275HX / 64gb ram / 5080(16gb vram and 2tb)

I have done all the windows updates and nvidia driver updates and downloaded some games but in testing (only high graphics game was Overwatch at the time being) has many studders and freezes for around one or two seconds. Even worse, studdering in desktop screen while nothing was open. As i asked chatgpt (sorry) in the end :

I uninstalled nvidia app

Changed to performance mode on 3d settings panel

Changed the automatic gpu changing mode to gpu only

Im deeply in questinioning and really stressed since this stuff isnt cheap i deeply ask for anything that can help me in this issues
