Do I fr need a halogen for my snake as well as a DHP? I use a DHP for 24/7 heat because he’s a nocturnal species, but tiktokers reckon I should be using a halogen through the day. Genuinely, how tf am I meant to have both on a small tank. It’s the minimum for an adult children’s python, his temps are fine and he’s healthy. Like do I actually need a halogen. Because isn’t it literally fine to use a DHP for your primary heat source? That’s what I’ve heard and been told before

Well, like the title says, can it? I plan on losing quite a lot of weight (about 70kg or so) to get to a healthy weight before I go through top surgery, personal choice, I’m sick of being fat it absolutely sucks. Reason for this is if it means I can have keyhole top surgery I’m taking it. I do not want massive scars across my chest, I don’t wanna have to live with that because I know it’ll just be another insecurity. I wanna be able to take off my shirt and not see it, and I sure as hell don’t need other people looking either. I wanna live stealth, top surgery scars are gonna give it away, so, yeah :/
