Reminder that Magpul Pmag mags are range use only
Magazines run flawlessly except for the last round, which is somehow enabling the slide catch consistently on every range trip I've brought it on. I have multiple videos and angles of it happening. Right hand, left hand, two rounds, ten rounds, it's so consistent that I actually prefer keeping it that way as a reminder that OEM is still the most reliable magazine to carry.
I've troubleshooted plenty of failures on plenty of guns. Fail to eject, fail to feed, magazine issues, even grain weights too heavy for springs. This has me completely stumped as to why it is the way it is. But it is that way regardless.
I'm not saying don't buy Pmags, I have other Pmags that work without issue. At their price, they make great range mags. I'm saying don't trust them as your carry magazine.
