Does anyone know the name of this technique, or what terms to search for? Connected flat hollow rings, the sequins are sewn on afterwards it seems. Looking for terms, patterns or tutorials that use this type of construction 🙏❤️ been googling for a few days but I am not that experienced to identify the technique.
