university application period is here and I'm stuck deciding between these three: IT&M (UoM), BBSc (UoM), and BIS (USJ).

My main worry is picking a degree that won't be heavily automated in the near future as AI keeps advancing. Pure management degrees feel risky without stacking extra tech skills on the side, so I've narrowed things down to these hybrid options.

I'm genuinely stuck on which one deserves my first preference. IT&M seems like the strongest pick, BBSc is a gamble depending on the specialisation I end up in, and BIS feels like the safest fit but I'm not sure it has enough technical depth.

What I'm really asking:

  • If you were in my position, which would you rank first and why?
  • How do these three play out in the actual job market — both locally and abroad? Not the brochure version.
  • Any other degrees that genuinely rival these for AI-resilience? (Kelaniya MIT? Colombo IS?)
  • I need to submit around 15 preferences, so I'd love to hear what you'd stack right behind these as strong plan Bs.

Honest, unpolished takes from people in industry or recent grads would really help. Thanks in advance.
