tired all the time… is this normal?

Lately I’ve been feeling tired pretty much all the time, even when I think I got enough sleep. It’s not just being sleepy, it’s more like low energy all day.

I’m starting to wonder if this is just normal life stuff or if it could actually be something health-related.

Has anyone else felt like this for a long time? Did it end up being something you needed to check with a doctor or just lifestyle stuff?

Not sure if I’m overthinking it, but it’s getting kind of frustrating.

I feel like I’m fine in normal conversations, but when it’s someone I’m interested in, I start overthinking everything.

what to say, how it sounds, how it might come across.

it ends up making me more awkward than I actually am.

how do you get out of your own head in those situations?

Hey guys, I’m 17 and finally decided I’m done being the stick figure of my friend group. I’m 5'11 but I’m incredibly thin (59KG), and being this tall and lanky has honestly made me the target of a lot of jokes that have started to get under my skin...

Up until last week, my life was basically just sitting in front of a TV watching movies&series, alos PC gaming for 3+ hours a day.

I’d get so sucked into a session that I’d literally forget to eat, sometimes going a whole day on just water. I’m trying to quit these things to focus on the gym, but I’m realizing that eating enough calories to fill out this frame is a massive challenge.

I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about high-protein supplements to help with mass, and I’ve been looking specifically at soybean powder. Since I’m on a tight budget, I was planning to use an Amazon gift card I have to pick some up, as it seems like a much more affordable way to get extra protein and calories compared to expensive steak or boutique whey brands.

For the guys who have successfully moved away from the skinny build:

  1. Is soybean powder an effective way to hit those high protein goals for a beginner???
  2. Should I just grab a bag with my gift card now to get started, or is there a specific type I should be looking for?

I want to make sure I’m not wasting my time (hope i'm not wasting yours too).

Any advice on the diet side of things or how to stay consistent when you're starting from zero would be huge. Thanks!!!

I’m looking for gift ideas for someone really important to me (crush 25M) and I want it to feel thoughtful, memorable, and personal, not just something random bought last minute.

Open to any budget honestly. Could be handmade, experience-based, sentimental, practical, or just something that made a big impact when you gave/received it.

What’s the best gift you’ve ever given someone you truly cared about?
