I use Swiggy BLCK. I thought it’ll be good to have Swiggy credit card - cuz obviously - decent cashback. I was offered Ornge variant. Went ahead with it. Got it and activated it.

As soon as i activated, i got downgraded from BLCK membership to Swiggy One. Honestly, what a pathetic flow! No disclaimer! No second confirmation!

No intimation of refund of BLCK (prorated ofc). No way to contact their support (we know how pathetic without BLCK, that is)

Swiggy, fix your issues! This bad experience has made me reconsider Zomato. They think through things like this carefully.
