I'm completing the last bit(the part where you have to talk to the shadow about the identification cards) and for the life of me I cannot figure out this puzzle and it is driving me fucking crazy. It is in the thermal energy blockade area and I feel like I might have glitched myself by not putting a robot in the correct area. And when I try to use another one says no controllable robot so idk what to do
