As per title. I have 13 updates that always fail no matter what.

Some of them are

Kb3127223, kb4473495, kb2979574, kb4014580... Some of them cannot even be manually installed. Tried with 958481 958483 958484 but each one fails saying that windows installer is not working (which is bullshit because the other updates work as intended).

I tried resetting WU and the software distribution folder to no avail. I am also unable to reinstall or remove net framework, either in normal mode or in safe mode.

Can you help me with this?
