Okay a starting clarification. If I missed a mechanic in the fight I am unironically BEGGING to please explain this to me. I am very confused.
Get to story today finally, dungeon was smooth and sailing, get to the new trial along the way. I load in, only one with stance, other doesn't. "Yay MT time" I go to pull, they put up stance, and sadly I am a little lower on the gear compared to them (Who has raiding pieces I would assume since I'm full tome at least).
It means I did lose enmity, got a little sad in the chat. Asked to have it. I apologize this part isn't SS here but I'm noting it because despite my sadness I ended up pulling it back off, enough to where they voked (and then I voked lol) to maintain it.
Queue later into the fight, right up at the end. We get purple circles around us, and I am a melee (and the tank) so I end up staying at the boss. Other aoe's put me into center, think it's fine because it's just a normal spread mechanic. Things go off, it follows up with the proximity busters, do the usual run up to the wall. Our WHM and PCT are hurt more than usual and end up exploding. Oh well, it's 3% now, I look at chat and see this.
I'm now sitting here in confusion, because they were claiming that I killed the WHM and PCT with something by "standing in the middle". Of course I'm confused, I had those purple circles, but I didn't see anything in the middle to interact against what I did.
I even tried getting clarification and well...
Did I miss something? Is this a classic tank healer couple mad I didn't let them MT at the end of the day? I can assure quickly checking that they completed the story patch 5 days prior, so they weren't first timing like I was. If they understood enough to say I killed people, I wish they would actually say what I did to kill people.
