There are 5 phones on my account.. we did upgrades on 4 of them, like 2 weeks apart from each other. They attempted to charge us for 3 of the phones, saying they weren’t returned in time (thank God we had the shipping receipt).. for the 4th phone, we were charged $500+ although we sent that one back as well. We had a receipt showing that it was shipped out, however the package got lost in the mail for 3+ months (upgrades were near Christmas as Christmas gifts).. the tracking number continued to show that the phone was at a location for weeks upon weeks. Boost finally received the phone recently, however the box was all torn apart and they claim ‘no phone in the box’. My pay check just deposited today and Boost automatically took $600+ dollars out for the phone + monthly bill. How are we responsible for this when we did what we were supposed to do?? This is causing other bills to be late / not paid. I have a lawyer in my family and plan to sue for the mental damages and for the chain reaction/ cause that this has started. Has anyone else had this issue?? This is not okay and I feel like I am basically being robbed by the company!! We have been loyal customers for YEARS, however will be switching carries and will get as much as possible from them in court!! Boost is a bunch of crooks, who steal hard working people’s money and are causing a family to go ‘without’ due to this. Multiple phone calls have been placed to customer service, with NO resolution!! Boost and USPS will be hearing from us in court, the damages this has caused is significantly above the $600 that has been stolen from us!!! Crap company, I have a bunch of followers on multiple social media accounts and will make it very very well known what I think of BOTH companies!!!
