Hello, I am looking for a furnished private room for rent in Brooklyn—specifically in Williamsburg or the surrounding area. I am a 37-year-old gay male. I am a licensed hair stylist and barber in New York, and I work intensively at a salon 4–5 days a week. For me, it is important to be able to relax at home, sleep without noise, and maintain my hygiene. I am someone who showers every morning; therefore, my priority is a room with a private bathroom. If that is not possible, I require a bathroom/toilet that I would share with no more than one other person. I am a quiet, clean, and friendly individual. When at home, I tend to prepare quick, simple meals—such as salads—in the kitchen. In my free time, I enjoy social activities such as outdoor walks, exploring bars and restaurants, shopping, working out, and entertainment. For this reason, I would prefer a location with easy access to subway and bus lines. I am looking for a rental term of at least 6 months, which we could mutually extend if we are both satisfied.
