We’re looking for a high-performing Team Leader to join a fast-growing sales-driven environment — this is NOT a customer service role.

👉 If you don’t have pure outbound sales TL experience, this role is NOT for you.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents
• Drive conversion rate, revenue, and quota targets
• Conduct coaching sessions, call listening, and performance reviews
• Turn around low-performing agents into consistent performers
• Ensure your team hits targets consistently (and doesn’t stay below target)

✅ MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiable)

• ✔ At least 3 years as a PURE outbound sales Team Leader
• ✔ Experience in BPO sales campaigns (telco preferred)
• ✔ Strong track record in:
  • Conversion rates
  • Sales production
  • Revenue targets
• ✔ Solid experience in:
  • Coaching agents
  • Handling objections (e.g. “Not Interested”)
  • Driving performance consistently
