Belmont Shore Housing / Parking

Hey everyone, super conflicted about my last two options for apartments, as I will be moving to the area in the very near future. Was hoping some folks who are more familiar with the area could provide some feedback / their opinions on my situation.

Option A: 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath - 600 sq ft ($2300)

- Street parking only

- Shared laundry

- Really modern interior (clearly recently updated)

Option B: Studio, ~ 400 sq ft ($1800)

- Garage parking

- Shared laundry

- Definitely a bit dated, but still nice

- Less space, so less upkeep

For reference, if at all helpful, I am 23 years old and this will really be my first apartment. I also plan to work in office 5 days a week. I appreciate any and all feedback!
