I have only ever used my serger for finishing seams, not for sewing them. I’m making my first garment that is sewn 100% on the serger. I sewed up the back seam on the dress and didn’t even think about the color of the thread because it doesn’t matter on finishing. But you can see it. The edge was cut off in the process. If it was you, would you rip the seam out and re-sew with matching thread and put the knife down? Or would you let it go?
