Has anyone had success getting a prescription reshipped from Refills.com after it was delivered to the wrong address?
My package was sent to an old address, and I can’t access it. I had already updated my address back in February, and it’s correctly listed in my shipping information.
FedEx gave me a case number, but the package isn’t actually missing — it was delivered to the address Refills provided.
The condo staff can return the package to Refills if needed, but I need Refills to resend the prescription to my current address. I emailed Refills Customer Support, and the AI agent keeps telling me that my case has been escalated to a live person, but it’s been several business days with no response.
Has anyone had success getting a shipping issue like this reviewed and resolved by Refills support?
