Just received this beauty in the mail, new with tags, and I have a small concern. First of all, though this is Florentine, she’s got a shine right out of the box, like the leather has been treated. Another bummer is that fact that the leather is very stiff. So much so that I can’t close it all the way. And I had to pull super hard to close even partially. And finally, I’m very disappointed that this bag does not give off that amazing smell. What gives?

That huge box for one Ella bag. And no packing in the huge box, so it bounced around until it got to me. Luckily, she wasn’t damaged.
