What do you consider cuddling and what do you consider more?
I’m (23F) on the ace spectrum and I just agreed to “cuddle” with a guy on the couch for the first time, which is inspiring this post. We didn’t kiss, but I was surprised a little bit at how fast it escalated in other ways, considering it started with him just putting his arm around me.
Hopefully this is the right place to ask, but I am wondering, what do you consider cuddling or snuggling, and where do you draw the line between that and something like making out or foreplay? What is normal for cuddling? What do you consider things like:
- resting your head on someone’s shoulder
- holding hands
- massaging shoulders
- kissing that’s not on the mouth
- playing with hair
- putting your hand on someone’s leg or hip
- etc.?
