I know a seat belt ticket is considered a non moving violation, but i just want to see if anyone has had one increase their insurance rates.
We have 6 cars so a rate increase would be alot. Could have the ticket dropped due to a clean driving recored, but missing work to go to court will cost more than just paying the ticket.

Paying the ticket would be cheaper than missing work to go to court, but we have 6 cars so I want to make sure this ticket wont have an effect on my rate before I make a descion.
I am trying to issue a refund to a buyer (due by tomorrow) with a 50% seller deduction to to buyer admitting to using wearing and damaging item, but I keep getting this error message.
I handled another full return earlier with no issue.
I also cant log into desktop or mobile website.
Anyone else having these issues?
