Can someone help me with my Tinder account.

I have already tried two times to hard reset my account with new photos, number, even device. But when I register I get the message “ like 20 people to see who is your type”. But still after that message I get almost no matches (my first account was getting high quality matches everyday). The problem is that I am not visible to other people.

Also to mention
I reached out to platform control and they reviewed the case, the deadline was set to 15-4 for a reaction from Tinder. Still got no reply till 5-4-26.

What is the best way to start over??
