What can I share legally?
I don't have a ton of followers on tiktok but I have over 10,000. My next door neighbor's boyfriend has been actively harassing me for over 6 weeks. The local police department won't do anything. He doesn't cross property lines... What does everything he can to be able to peep in our bedroom windows.... Despite the fact that we have now been living 21 days with all of our blinds and windows close.... He has went to monitoring Us in the night.... I do believe.
Furthermore, a real estate sign popped up in the backyard ... Why we wouldn't put that in the front if we wanted to sell a house?.... And he left a totally creepy video on my security camera trying to get me to look at the real estate sign.
This guy has spent weeks blasting music at my home every time my windows are open, telling all of the neighbors I'm nosy and complain about his dog.... I do not.... And I've been in my house for 21 days with my blinds closed...
I've had to change my life so much.... Because of this man.
And today I decided I'm going to tell my small following about it.... But I'm not sure legally how much I can share.
From what I understand, anything that's happened to me and is on my security cameras is mine to share with the public?
