Anyone initially gain weight on Keto?

Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has gained weight initially on the Keto diet? I did massive research, created a 2-week meal plan with specific percentages of fat and protein eating 20 carbs a day from eggs, meat, olive oil, butter, pecans, kale, and cheese. I lost 75 pounds years ago on Atkins and it came off easily. I just gained one pound since yesterday which was my first day on Keto. I was even in ketosis mid-day at the moderate level. I walked 4 miles and lifted weights yesterday as well. I'm a 71 year old female. Just a bit concerned.

I had an excellent driving record with zero moving violations for 55 years. I tapped bumpers with another car in a parking lot. They got out and saw no damage and drove away. No damage to my car either. A police person saw the encounter and I had just come from a restaurant where I had two drinks. They had me take a breathelyzer test and I was over limit. I was arrested. I have many tasks to perform and I am taking full responsibility for my actions. A month after my arrest I received a letter from the DMV stating that not only can I not drive for 180 days (understood) but my car's registration will be revoked. The car is our only means of transportation and my husband is on the registration/title. He has no charges against him. There is a law on the books in Florida that they have the right to do this. Isn't that infringing on my husband's rights? It is his car and he is the only driver for 3 people. We care for my live-in disabled elderly sister as well as ourselves. We were told to go to the DMV and get me off of the registration which we will do, but doesn't seem fair to my husband and it is costly. Anyone else deal with this type of situation?
