I have a Broadway Limited USRA Light Mikado on my HO scale layout that has had this problem for years. It turns right around a 22” radius curve just fine, but whenever it has to turn left on the same curve it initially takes it just fine but then the first driver randomly pops off the track and derails it in the middle. This happens regardless of how good the track quality is.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?
