Suffered a wrist injury at work back in February and was told today I need to get a functional abilities form signed every 2 weeks. The previous form I got signed lasted 6 weeks with no update in between but now they want every 2 weeks, would like some clarification if this is actually true.

In Nova Scotia if that makes any difference as well
