Hey friends, I was contacted last week by employee relations regarding some things a slob of a coworker ratted me on. Basically saying I don’t like white people (even though I’m visibly white) which was taken out of context. I’m not sure how being anti white while being white is a thing, but that’s where we are.
Has anyone else had or been in an ER investigation? How long does it usually take for the report or findings to be sent to manager or market leader?
I’m totally okay with any outcome, I know from the handbook they say if you’re terminated they still pay you vacation hours. I applied to multiple other jobs yesterday and got about 12 hits today, including financial advisor positions that look and seem better than being at boa.
